What is Ollie?

Ollie is a voice-first work assistant for Mac and iPhone. Talk or type to get help with your inbox, calendar, files, reminders, and tasks, using the services you choose to connect.

Can I start using Ollie today?

Ollie is currently available to invited members. Anyone can sign up here for early access. We’ll use your details to follow up about availability and getting started; signing up does not immediately create an app account.

Where can I download the app?

Invited members receive installation instructions directly. Public downloads are not available yet. Join the early-access list below to hear when you can get Ollie for Mac and iPhone. Already invited? Contact support for installation help.

Which services can I connect?

Ollie works with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook, ONE Hub, and other supported connections. You connect your own accounts in Settings. Availability depends on your account, the service, and its permissions.

Does Ollie send things without asking?

Sending and other consequential actions require your approval. Drafts, memory, and task updates can be saved directly. You can allow selected tools for a conversation and revoke that permission in the app.

How is my information used?

Ollie uses AI providers to help with your requests: Anthropic for assistant work and OpenAI for voice and dictation. You consent before AI processing begins. Ollie is not end-to-end encrypted. The privacy policy explains storage, providers, access, and deletion.

How much will Ollie cost?

Public pricing hasn’t been announced. Signing up for early access is free and doesn’t require a payment method. We’ll share availability and pricing before you decide to join.
